As a digital marketing and web development agency, VIR TECHIFY provides exclusively digital services and intangible goods. Therefore, we do not ship any physical products or items, and no physical shipping rates or transit times apply to our offerings.
1. Method of Delivery
All deliverables, including but not limited to website source code, mobile application files, design assets, and digital marketing reports, are delivered electronically. Depending on the specific project, delivery methods may include:
- Email: Secure delivery of files, reports, and login credentials to your designated email address.
- Cloud Storage: Access to shared folders (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) containing your project assets.
- Direct Server Access: Uploading web files directly to a staging environment, live hosting server, or app store developer account.
- Project Management Tools: Delivery via client portals or collaboration software used during the project.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary based on the custom scope, complexity, and specific requirements of your project. General estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Website Development: 2 to 8 weeks from the date the project commences and all required client assets are received.
- Mobile App Development: 4 to 12 weeks from project commencement.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Digital Marketing: These are ongoing, monthly services. Initial campaign strategy and setup are typically completed within 7 to 14 days. Performance reports are delivered electronically at the end of every 30-day billing cycle.
- Custom Consulting & Graphic Design: Timelines will be explicitly defined in your custom Statement of Work (SOW).
Note: Exact delivery milestones, review periods, and final launch deadlines will always be clearly stated in your custom Service Agreement prior to payment.
3. Client Responsibilities and Delays
Our delivery timelines depend heavily on timely feedback, approvals, and the provision of necessary materials (such as text content, logos, or account access) from the client. VIR TECHIFY is not responsible for delivery delays caused by a client’s failure to provide required assets or approvals within the agreed-upon timeframe.
4. International Delivery
Because our services are delivered digitally over the internet, we are able to successfully deliver our services to clients globally. There are no geographical restrictions or cross-border shipping fees associated with the delivery of our digital files.
